    We want you to be completely satisfied with SlickBooks. This Refund Policy outlines our guidelines for refunds and cancellations.

    For managed bookkeeping services, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.

    For Agent AI software, the free tier has no charges. Pro subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.

    If you are unsatisfied with our services within the first 30 days, you may request a full refund by contacting our support team. After 30 days, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

    To request a refund, please contact us at support@slickbooks.online with your account details and reason for the refund request. We aim to process all refund requests within 5-10 business days.
